Protégé 2.0 was a flagship mentorship driven professional development initiative designed to transform students from aspiring mentees into confident future professionals. The program consisted of four structured skill development segments: CV & Cover Letter Building, Interview Hacks, Presentation Skills, and Self-Branding & Public Speaking. Each session was conducted by distinguished industry mentors who brought real world corporate insights into the learning environment.
The session on CV & Cover Letter Building was conducted by Nishat Jahan Khan, Assistant Manager HR at American & Efird Bangladesh Ltd, who provided practical guidelines on crafting impactful resumes and professional cover letters aligned with industry standards.The Interview Hacks session was led by Abu Usuf Md. Rashedul Amin, General Manager, Employer Branding, Human Resources Division at bKash Limited, where participants gained valuable insights into interview preparation strategies and employer expectations. Arpita Mayesha, Global Graduate, HR at BAT Bangladesh, facilitated the session on Presentation Skills, emphasizing structured communication, confidence building, and effective delivery techniques. The Self-Branding & Public Speaking segment was conducted by MD Sanadiule Sharif Ullash, Gold Associate at Avery Dennison, focusing on personal positioning, professional presence, and impactful communication.
